Richie Morris Racing is pleased to announce that they have inked an agreement with Bruce Rossmeyer Daytona Racing to contest the Buell Motorcycle Company SuperSport Class (SST) in the 2008 SunTrust MOTO-ST Series.
Flying the Bruce Rossmeyer’s Daytona Racing team banner aboard the new Buell 1125R will be well-known two-wheeled pilots Shawn Higbee and Dan Bilansky. Adding even more prestige to this team is sponsorship from Geico, Coca-Cola, Toyota, and EagleRider Motorcycle Rental.
“I have never been more excited about an upcoming season as this one,” says Richie Morris. “When Bruce decides to do something it is his typical fashion to go all out and this team is a perfect example. He has a working relationship in other areas with our new sponsors and it is great that they are joining him in our sport. We are all extremely pleased with the performance of the Buell 1125R. At our recent tests the bike has performed flawlessly and we are definitely looking forward to a great season.”
One of the most professional groups in this type of team racing, Morris is well aware of all the elements necessary to win. “We put a tremendous amount of time and energy into our racing program,” he explains. “All of us share the same goal and that is give it 100% every time out. We are ready to go all the way this season.”
